CHRIS WALKER VS. NEW SEASON, NO RESERVATIONS

If I ever end up like one of those bald kids with terminal cancer and the Make-A-Wish foundation approaches me, my wish will be to spend a week cooking, dining, trading stories of debauchery, and getting savagely drunk with my culinary/literary hero, Anthony Bourdain. I’m sure it would kill me but at least I’d die content.

The new season of Bourdain’s hit television show, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, starts tonight on the Travel Channel at 10 PM. It looks like he’s going to Shanghai. No Reservations is one of the few reasons I turn on my television for anything other than background noise. If you’re a “foodie” or a lover of diverse culture or “the authentic” you’re going to love this show.
