CHRIS WALKER VS. A RETURN TO GUADALAJARA

So, I’m currently sitting in a booth in an exhibit hall at an autmotive show my Mexican Distributor attends every year in Guadalajara, Mexico. Did you know when you create a post on blogger while in Mexico everything is in Spanish? Who would have thought.

Anyway, it’s fun. Mexicans know how to do trade shows right. So far I’ve had a Modelo and a Don Julio/I-don’t-know-what mixed drink and eaten a shit load of what I like to call “Mexican Street Tacos” including (but not limited to): carne asada, pork, and cow tongue. I know, that last part sounds gross but trust me – delicious. Then again, I’ve had intestine and boiled chicken feet in Kowloon, Hong Kong so my tastes may be jaded.
